Prospects Screen Overview
The Prospects screen enables you to view and manage potential leads or customers efficiently. It serves as a centralised hub for tracking, organising, and updating prospect information, ensuring streamlined sales and engagement processes.
This screen displays key details, such as contact information and associated comments, making it easy to keep records organised and accessible.
Additionally, sales representatives can create new prospects directly from their tablets or initiate calls to existing prospects.

Adding a New Prospect in the Console
- Go to Master Data > Customers > Prospects.
- Select New from the menu.
- Click into the User field and choose the user from the drop-down menu.
- Enter the relevant contact details.
- Click Save to complete the process.
Removing a Prospect in the Console
If a prospect has become a customer and needs to be removed.
- Go to Master Data > Customers > Prospects.
- Use the filter to locate the prospect you wish to remove.
- Tick the 'Archive' box.
- Click Save to complete the process.
