From the main screen in IntelliBrand please select on Prospects
When you enter the Prospects module, from the left you will see existing prospects.
Tapping on any prospect will display a list of previous calls to this prospect in the top right hand pane. The lower right hand pane will show the result of previously entered prospect Survey
From this screen, you can Add a new Prospect, or start a new call to an Existing Prospect.
When you start a call you will have the option to complete a Survey for the Prospect, or alternatively you can create a quotation and email it to the Prospect
When you complete the call you can set a Prospect Completion Code that can easily be maintained on the Console through Lookups.
You can also set a Reminder relating to the Prospect Call.
