IntelliBrand allows you to setup Promotions on your console with a Start and End Date, assign these to specific Customers Groups, and then present these promotions to your tablet users when in a call, and let them record whether the Promotion is running or not.

You can also enhance the data that is captured while auditing promotions, by creating a Promotion Survey which lets you specify further questions to ask while auditing a promotion. (More details can be found here . .

To setup a new promotion:

1. On the Home screen go to Master Data > Promotions.

2. Click New, and then enter the details into the blank row.

3. Click Save in the menu.

4. This new promotion can be seen in the IntelliBrand app under Promotions .

    The tablet user must carry out a full sync to see any newly added Promotion.
