Quick Start Guide
Logging In & Placing an Order
Everything you need to start a call, take an order, and upload it to the server.

Part 1
Logging In

Open the app
Tap the IntelliBrand GO icon on your device home screen.

Enter your Company ID
Type the company-supplied ID in the "Company" field. This is supplied by your IntelliBrand Administrator.

Enter your Username
Enter your user code in the Username field. This is supplied by your IntelliBrand Administrator.

Enter your Password & Sign In
Enter your password, then tap Sign In.
ℹ️ After a successful login the app will sync your customer list and journey plan from the server. This may take a few moments on first launch.

Part 2
Starting a Call

Find your customer
Your today's journey plan appears on the Overview screen. Scroll or Search to find the customer you are visiting.

Review customer info
Tap the customer row to expand Contact Information and Call History before entering the store.

Tap Start Call
Press the blue Start Call button. The app is now in an active call.
? The blue left-edge highlight and the Start Call button indicate the currently active customer. Only one call can be active at a time.

Part 3
Placing an Order

Go to the Orders tab
Tap Orders in the bottom navigation bar. The full product catalogue for this customer is displayed.

Add products
Tap + next to any product to add it to the order. The quantity box becomes editable — tap – or + to adjust. Products with a quantity > 0 are highlighted.

Review the order
Tap Summary (top right) to open the Order Summary. Switch between the Details and Items tabs to review order lines and total.

Set order details
On the Details tab, confirm the Order Type. Optionally enter a PO Number, Customer Reference, or Delivery Instructions.

Confirm — tap Done
Tap the blue Done button. The order is saved against the current call and ready to be submitted.
? Use the search icon (top left of Orders) to quickly find a product by name or code without scrolling the full list.

Part 4
Completing & Uploading the Call

Return to Call Details
Tap the Overview tab. The active customer shows a Call Details screen — scroll up if needed.

Add Call Comments
In the Call Comments box, type any notes about the visit (e.g. 'Good order, display updated').

Tap Complete Call
Tap the save icon (top right) or scroll down and tap Complete Call. Select a Completion Code from the dropdown and tap Complete Call.

Upload
When prompted, tap Upload Now to send to the server immediately. Tap Save for later if you wish to send it later.
✅ A green banner confirming "Call completed and saved to server" will appear once the upload is successful. If you see a Sync Calls badge on the Overview, tap it to retry any pending uploads.
