How Cycles Work for Surveys
Survey Start Date: The first day the survey becomes available.
Survey End Date: The last day the survey is available.
Cycle (in days): Controls how often a survey is answered for each customer.
If the cycle is set to 0, the survey is always available during the start–end period.
If the cycle is set to X days, the rep will only answer the survey once every X days for a customer.
Example Timeline
Survey Start Date: Jan 1
Survey End Date: Jan 31
Cycle: 7 days
Jan 1 → Rep answers the survey for customer for the first time.
Jan 2–7 → Survey will not reappear for that customer. It will appear for customers where the survey has not being answered yet.
Jan 8 → A new 7-day cycle begins → survey reappears for all customers.
Jan 15, Jan 22, Jan 29 → Survey appears again as new cycles begin.
After Jan 31 → Survey is closed and no longer shown.
