A summary of what each Standard Report displays in the console from left to right.
Dashboard Report
Dashboard Report: An Excel report with a complete overview of calls, feedback, surveys, promotions and prospects for all sales reps.
Echo
Recommended Products Sales: An Excel report of all product sales where the product was recommended to the rep by Echo at the time of the sale.
Recommended Products: View all recommended product for each customer. You can expand each row by clicking on the + button.
Customer Health Report: A customer health report
Customer Health Summary: Overview of health scores for each of your Customers.
Orders
Customer Calls/Orders: An overview of calls and orders in a grid format. It includes all customer details, the number of times a customer was called, and how many times the customer actually made an order.
Sales Report: Overview of all sales captured by reps. It is grouped by days and customers and it shows sales for each product category.
Sales Summary: Overview of all sales captured by reps. It is grouped by days and customers.
Free Of Charge Report: View of free of charge products given to customers in a grid format. It includes call details, product details, FOC quantity and the reason why it was given.
Last Order: An overview of the most recent orders of each customer in a grid format. You can easily identify customers who made an order the least recently with this report.
No Orders: An overview of customers with no orders or customers who never ordered particular products in a grid format. You can easily identify customers who have never made an order before.
Orders Graph: Overview of total sales of each sales rep displayed on a graph in PDF format.
Orders Grid: View all orders and what's included in each order. You can expand each order by clicking on the + button.
Product Sales: An Excel report of all product sales. It includes a pivot table that groups products by product category, and it shows the total quantity and value sold in a particular time period.
Sales Analysis: Powerful report which gives you an overview of all orders in a pivot table and graph.
Signature Report: Overview of all orders with signatures captured by reps. Survey signatures are shown in the Survey PDF report.
Raw Sales Data: Raw CSV report of all orders, useful for exporting to other reports.
Productivity
Call Hit Rate: Overview of sales rep performance. It shows the number of calls, the number of customers called, average calls per day, average order value and additional statistics for each sales rep.
Call Summary Week/YTD: An Excel report summarising all orders made by customers this year grouped by customer groups.
Customers Not Called: View of free of charge products given to customers in a grid format. It includes call details, product details, FOC quantity and the reason why it was given.
Feedback: Overview of all calls with feedback comments captured by sales reps in a PDF format - customer details, and call start/end times are included. Calls without comments are not shown in this report.
Feedback with Photos Report: An overview of call feedbacks and photos in a PDF format. It includes all feedback comment captured by users, and all photos taken in-call, or as part of any surveys.
Journey Plan Analysis: This Excel report provides you with an analysis of assigned calls, the status of each call, visit coverage, when was a customer last visited, and customers that were not visited.
Journey Plan Compliance: A view of journey-plan compliance for each rep in a grid format. It includes all calls completed by sales reps and the call details, including completion codes.
Journey Plans: View of journey-plans assigned to sales reps. It shows sales rep/customer details and the next scheduled call date
Objectives Achieved: An overview of objectives in a grid format. It includes the call date, customer details, objective details, and if the objective was achieved or not.
Rep Performance Audits: "Powerful report which gives you an overview of the performance of sales reps in regards of audits in a pivot table and graph.
Rep Performance Orders: Powerful report which gives you an overview of the performance of each sales rep in regards of orders in a pivot table and graph.
Totals vs Targets YTD: An Excel report of monthly targets compared to monthly total sales for each sales rep this year.
Visit Grid: Overview of all calls carried out by sales reps in a grid. It shows call data, start/end time, customer and sales rep details for each call.
Visit Report: Overview of all visits of each sales rep in a PDF format. Report shows visit date, customer and sales rep details, and completion code of each visit.
Visit & Travel Times: An Excel report of visit times and travel times of sales reps between customer visits.
Surveys
Survey Grid: An overview of surveys carried out by sales reps in grid format. It includes the call date, customer details, and all survey questions and answers.
Survey Pivot: An overview of in-call surveys in pivot format. It includes all survey questions/answers.
Survey & Photos PDF: An overview of in-call surveys carried out by reps in PDF format. It includes customer details, call details, all survey questions/answers, all photos and survey signatures captured by sales reps.
User Surveys: An overview of user surveys carried out by reps. It includes all survey questions/answers and all photos captured by sales reps.
User Surveys Pivot: An overview of user surveys in pivot format. It includes all survey questions/answers.

Audits
Audit Analysis: Powerful report which gives you an overview of the availability of your products at your customers in a pivot table and graph.
Audit Grid: An overview of audits carried out by reps in grid format. It includes the call date, customer details, product details, and if the product was on or off sale.
Audit Pivot: An Excel report of all product audits and product availability. It includes a pivot table that groups audit results customers and sales reps. It also shows stock compliance results.
Audit Surveys: An overview of audit surveys in a grid format. It includes all audit details as the Audit Grid report plus all audit survey questions/answers.
Distribution: An Excel report of the availability of all your products at your customers. It includes a pivot table grouped by products and it shows their stock compliance values.
Distribution by Month: An Excel report of the availability of all your products each month at your customers. It is grouped by months, products, and sales reps who carried out the audits.
Promotions
Promotions Grid: An overview of promotions carried out by sales reps in grid format. It includes the call date, customer details, promotion details, and if the promotion was present or not.
Promotions PDF: An overview of promotions carried out by sales reps in PDF format. It includes the call date, customer details, promotion details, photos taken by sales reps, and if the promotion was present or not.

Photo Gallery: View all photos captured by reps.
Photos PDF: View of photos captured by reps in PDF format. It includes the call date, customer details, photos, and photo tags.
CRM
Customer Items: View of CRM details captured by sales reps in a grid format. It includes customer details, CRM details, and when a record was last updated, and the name of the sales rep who updated a record the last time.
Prospects
Prospect Signature Report: Overview of all prospect orders/quotes with signatures captured by reps. Survey signatures are shown in the Survey PDF report.
Prospect Survey Grid: An overview of prospect in-call surveys carried out by sales reps in grid format. It includes the call date, prospect customer details, and all survey questions and answers.

Payments Report: An overview of all payments collected by sales reps in a grid format, including the lodgement details.
Merchandising

Merchandising Requests Top Ups: An overview of all merchandising top-ups carried out by sales reps in a particular time period in a grid format.
Merchandising Activations: An Excel report showing all merchandising activations and the status of requested merchandising activations made within a selected date range.
