Audits, Promotions, Order Signatures and Photos are all enforced through the Completion Codes.
To ensure the reps can't complete a call without completing one of the above, open your IntelliBrand console, click on
Lookups and select Completion Codes:
In the Completion Codes screen, you can enforce each of the above for any of your Completion Codes by ticking the Enforce checkbox:
After the checkboxes have been ticked, reps will need to sync their tablets for the change to take place.
