- If it’s not already set, start by adding an email address for the user in the Users screen.
- Next, right-click on the user and select Reset Password, then set a temporary password.

- When the user opens the IntelliBrand console - they will be presented with the Login screen.
- Type in the User Code you received from us into the User code text field.
- Select Reset Password.

- A temporary password will be generated and emailed to the user
- The user can then log in using that temporary password and create a new one
