1. If it’s not already set, start by adding an email address for the user in the Users screen.
  2. Next, right-click on the user and select Reset Password, then set a temporary password.

  3. When the user opens the IntelliBrand console - they will be presented with the Login screen.
  4. Type in the User Code you received from us into the User code text field.
  5. Select Reset Password.



  6. A temporary password will be generated and emailed to the user
  7. The user can then log in using that temporary password and create a new one
