Objectives are displayed on the tablet when Reps start and complete a call.

You can set up Objectives in the console by following the instructions below.

  1. Select on Master Data > Objectives
  2. In here select on NEW Objective to create a new Objective and enter a custom name in the pop-up. This name will not be displayed on the tablets.
  3. Then click on the NEW OBJECTIVE ITEM button and enter the description you require Reps to see.  This will appear at the start of the call and also on closing the call

  4. Enter the Project, Start/End Date and ensure that you select Active to Activate
  5. You can assign the Ojbective to selected customer groups if you wish. Please note it's assigned to all customer groups by default.
  6. Reps will need to sync to pick this up
