Transfer Calls Print

To transfer calls from one Rep to another can be done in the Console under Transfer Calls.

Select on Master Data > Users & Journey Plans > Transfer Calls

"From" drop-down - choose the Rep you wish to transfer the Journey plans from
"To" drop-down - choose the Rep you wish to receive the Journey plans
Start - select a start date of when you want these to appear
End - select an end date when you no longer wish to see these Journey plans
Select on Add Override to make the changeover

** Please note that the transfer of Journey plans from one Rep to another ONLY adds the Journey plans it does not replace the existing for that Rep.
