Rep Notice Board is an IntelliBrand feature that allows for creation of separate Notice Boards for separate users. If a user isn't assigned to any of the Rep Notice Boards, they will have a regular Notice Board displayed on their tablet. However, if they are assigned to a specific Rep Notice Board, it will overwrite the regular Notice Board.
It can be accessed by clicking on the icon at the top left in the IntelliBrand console:
To create a new Rep Notice Board, click on the button New at the top of the screen:
This will open a new record in which the information can be entered. When done with entering the information, please remember to press the button Save, or the data will be lost.
In the User ID field, users can be added to the Rep Notice Board. Simply select all of the users for which you want the Notice Board to be available. Please note that each user can only be assigned to one Rep Notice Board.
Description field is where the name for the Notice Board is entered:
To edit the data shown in the notice board, you need to click on the 3 dots in the right corner of the Notice Board Text field:
This will bring up a text editor which can be edited in the same way as the regular Notice Board:
