We support Video uploads but there are a few points to take into consideration. You will need to be careful of the following;
- Size of the file (files must be smaller than 50MB)
- Format of the video file (we recommend H263 MP4)
- Ensure that the Tablets you are using supports the video
- When selecting document type within Media section ensure you select VIDEO
We would advise testing a video file on the tablet to see if you are satisfied with this.
