Important note: You can only use this approach if your Journey Plans are not being sent from an automatic import. If there is an automatic import from a back-end set up, it will overwrite any changes made on the console direclty.


1)  Select Master Data > Users > Journeyplans




2)  Then select on New which will create a new field at the bottom of the grid, see below screenshot.

3)  Enter: Customer , User, and tick Week Day and  Wk number of that you require Rep to call, and final select Project at far right - to activate select ACTIVE

4)  Your new JourneyPlan is complete, select on SAVE, - then CLOSE & REOPEN console to view new JourneyPlan
