The Media module in IntelliBrand allows you to categorize your Media items into Folders and Sub Folders. It allows you to categorize the Media Items on the Console, and is then presented in this format on your Tablets.
Select on Master Data > Media
1) To create a new Media Category
Click on the New Category, and then type the Name you wish to give this Category (e.g. Promotional Material):
2) To create a new Sub Category
Highlight the Category under which you wish to make a Sub Category.
Click on the New Sub-Category, and then type the Name you wish to give this Category (e.g. Easter Promotions):
3) To Add a Media Item to a Category
Highlight the Sub-Category where you wish to add the Media Item.
Click on the New Media Item, and then type the Name you wish to give this Media Item (e.g. Easter Eggs):
Select the type of Media Item you are adding:
Tap in the Document column to then browse to the File you are adding, or enter the Youtube URL of the video you wish to add:
4) To Delete a Media Item
Highlight the Media Item you wish to delete and Click the Delete Item button:
To Delete a Media Category/Subcategory
Highlight the Media Category/Subcategory you wish to delete and Click the Delete Item button.
NB – Deleting a Media Category or Sub-Category will also delete all the Media Items and Sub-Categories within the Category you are deleting
To Move a Media Item from one Folder to another
You can simply Drag and Drop Media Items from one Category into another. You can also Drag and Drop Categories and the Media Items will automatically move with them.
