When switching a User Code on the tablet, a database needs to be dropped form the tablet first.


To do this:


1. Open IntelliBrand application on the tablet. 

2. Click on the three dots in the top right corner.

3. Select "Drop Client Database" option and confirm you wish to drop.

4. Wait until the database has been dropped successfully, then complete a full sync.


Make sure to do this over a solid Wi-Fi connection and to sync any calls from the original user code on the device before switching as any calls not synced will be lost when the database is dropped.
