Hold Call - This allows Reps to place a call on hold if they do not want this to sync to the server.  It allows them to return at a later stage and finish an Order, Audit, Survey or Promotion.  They can then take this call off hold and sync.    


1) To activate 'Hold Call' on the device select on Device settings on the console


2) In here select the Category Calls, then tick the Value box for the setting 'Allow Rep to hold calls on device and not sync to server' (highlighted below)


Once this is Active, Reps need to SYNC to pick up this change. 


When a Rep then completes a call the option to Hold call will be presented see below


On the main screen it will be presented as per the below screenshot
