Enter Description

Select on SAVE

Options available;

  • Push Call - This will push the call forward to the next call date that has been set-up in Journey plans
  • Enforce Constraints - This forces the Rep to complete Audit/Survey/Promotion for a call (on the tablet it will prompt them with a message to complete Audit/Survey/Order)

    Please be aware that Reps will have to complete all Questions as it won't allow the Rep to complete to call without doing so.
