This is an update to IntelliBrand where it supports 2 separate methods of syncing;

CALLS ONLY - just send your outstanding calls to the server 

FULL - sends your calls and also refreshes all your data (as per existing Sync method)

To enable this feature for the Reps please see the following;

  • Open IntelliBrand Console
  • Go to Device Management
  • Scroll through the list to find the setting 'Allow users to sync calls only' and tick to activate

Once this is activated then Reps will need to sync to get this setting

Once the Rep has synced to receive this setting, the next time they select on Sync they will be presented with the below screen.

They will have the option of choosing Calls Only or Full
