Customers using Galaxy Tabs that are running the Kitkat version of Android can have issues with some of the Order pad being obscured when using the "Floating" Samsung keyboard.

The solution to this is to change to either the "Normal" or ""Split" keyboard, by tapping on the Keyboard Selector icon:
