To install Teamviewer please do the following;
- Open this link http://get.teamviewer.com/2h2th3x
- Once downloaded the below file will be located at the bottom left of your PC, click on this to run
- Select on Run
- Your ID and Password will be available, send this through to allow us to connect to your PC
- Please ensure you leave Teamviewer open and idle until we connect
