Please follow the below guidelines to Uninstall and Reinstall;

1. Uninstalling

· Select on Start and navigate towards the Control Panel

· Then select on Programs and Features

· Scroll through the list and search for IntelliBrand Desktop Client

· Select on this and then select Uninstall/Change

· The below dialog box will appear and select OK to remove.

2. Reinstalling

· Visit in a browser.

· Click on the Install Button

· Once installed enter CONSOLE in the box asking for RepId

· At the end of the installation you will be asked for a settings file

· The settings file will be given to you by WASP
