How to use Snipping Tool to capture screenshot? Print

Firstly go to the screen where you wish to capture the screenshot

Once you are on this page, go to the start menu and in the search bar type snipping tool

Select on snipping tool, once selected a dialog will appear with a cursor as seen below

Drag the cursor from top left of the screen to bottom right of the screen to capture the whole screen and then leave go (always capture full screen)

This will capture the whole screen, Save the image and attach to email or support ticket
