• Firstly go to the screen where you wish to capture the screenshot

• Once you are on this page, go to the start menu and in the search bar type snipping tool
  

• Select on snipping tool, once selected a dialog will appear with a cursor as seen below 

• Drag the cursor from top left of the screen to bottom right of the screen to capture the whole screen and then leave go (always capture full screen)
  

               

• This will capture the whole screen, Save the image and attach to email or support ticket
