1)  Select Master Data > Users > Journeyplans




2)  Then select on New which will create a new field at the bottom of the grid, see below screenshot.

3)  Enter Customer, User, and select weekday/week of call that you require, to activate select ACTIVE

4)  Your new JourneyPlan is complete, select on SAVECLOSE & REOPEN console to view new JourneyPlan
